Necessity of CE Marking Certification in Regards to ISO Standards

The demand for primary parameters like quality and standards is rapidly increasing and are being mainly focused due to the Globalization. Industries belonging to any field like production, testing and maintenance always focuses on quality to stay in the market and for better output as well as customer feedback. To judge the quality of the product and to assign its standard level is all regulated by a higher authority that is ISO (International Standards Organization). There are different levels or series of standards like 9000, 14000, 27000 and many more provided on the basis of quality and response of the product.
The CE Marking stands for Conformity Europeans Marking as it is basically for sale of goods in Great Britain. It is being governed by ISO, a leading authority for providing standards. The necessity of CE marking Certification is at its peak in European Countries. CE was formerly named as EC (European Conformity) and is used for marking of products in EEA (European Economic Area) valid from 1994. There are several EC criteria, requirements and guidelines which must be properly followed by a product to obtain the marking. Without CE Marking, products are not validated in the European market and are considered to be either of low quality or unsafe for use. It is a restriction in the European market that no product will be sold without marking and it is really a challenging problem for a business firm to sale the product without the marking.
In the V&V (Verification & Validation) Process, products have to gone through different levels of testing making sure that they are fault free with high tolerance. This is the only reason that the European products are fully tested and are of high quality. Only 27 states in the Europe are the member of EU (European Union) and keeps the full rights to provide CE Marking after meeting all the requirements by the product. A document of DoC (Declaration of Conformity) is also granted to the products after the successful testing.
Basic necessary conditions of CE Marking are listed below:-
Applicable in Europe and all the requirements must be satisfied.

Compulsory for all products like electronic items, household equipments and many other.
The product must carry the safeguards and other safety standards.
The type of testing must be in fully compliance with the product.
Items designed for children's must be tested sensibly as a small irresponsibility can lead to a serious mishappening.
